Hi, I'm Daniel.

The work.

I'm a commercial filmmaker based in Dallas.

Over the last six years, I've directed and shot work for brands across hospitality, real estate, and consumer products, from a hotel campaign in Tulum to a curated commercial in El Salvador to long-running brand work for a Dallas-based manufacturer.

I think a good commercial earns its place by feeling like it belongs on the platform it's running on. Less ad-energy, more place-and-time energy. That's the line I push every brief toward.

How I work.

Solo by default. Director, DP, and editor on most projects.

When a shoot needs more hands, I bring in a small repeating crew of producers, ACs, and gaffers I've worked with for years. The crew is sized to the brief, never to the invoice.

I'm based in Dallas but a lot of my work happens on the road. Hotel campaigns, lifestyle shoots, and brand films often need a director who's comfortable traveling with a kit. I am.

Kit.

I shoot on the RED Komodo-X and the Nikon ZR, with drones when the project calls for it. I deliver in every format the platforms need, from 1080p up to 8K.
